DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT / SET FOR LOCAL SHOW

Together with ongoing continual improvement to the TD1 including improved manoeuvrability. We have also begun design work on the chassis for the TD2, which will boast, improved access to narrow widths, standard HPTO and improved digging ability. We aim to have a prototype of the TD2 ready before the end of the year so please keep checking the site for news.

CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY SHOW We will be exhibiting at our local agricultural show on Saturday 4th July. We will have the TD1 for you to view and the Powerfab Machine held Auger! The address and directions are below so come along for a fun day out.

SUCCESFUL SED SHOW

We would like to thank all of you who visited our stand at the SED show in May, we spoke to over 600 people many of which were former Powerfab owners. Distributors were appointed and it was good to see the great majority of people upbeat despite the recession.

We took on board the feedback for the towable digger and are happy to confirm that we can manufacture the towable mini excavator to your individual specification. An 800mm wide version is available for narrow access; together with a full cab or skid steer drive. We have a range of accessories a full range of buckets including ripper, clay and back fill blades, hand held breakers, machine held and hand held post punchers and a machine held auger.

We also offer a good price and ongoing support on a full range of Belle equipment, and environmentally friendly compact crushing equipment, contact us for a full price list.

SET FOR SED IN MAY, STAND 141

We are set for the SED next month. Come along to stand 141 and see our low cost high performance towable digger the TD1, along with a range of equipment.

POWERFAB COLLABORATE WITH BELLE

Powerfab have been appointed distributors for Belle Group and now offer a comprehensive range of construction equipment that compliment the exisiting product range. One particular example is the Power Barrow which is versatile including the tow hitch attachment which allows it to manouvere amongst other things the tow dig on site.

RECENT CHINA VISIT A SUCCESS

Two of the Powerfab team recently returned from Shanghai to ensure the product is continually improved in digging ability, safety and have the necessary reliability. Together with the factory facilities in Wales, Powerfab ensure the product is delivered to the customer at a standard right for the UK market and also allows Powerfab to modify the excavators specifically for individual customers. e.g. now Powerfab modify excavators for narrow access or if a customer requires hydraulic skid steer drive.

DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR 2009

After a successful 2008 Powerfab continue to develop the TD1 with a view to offering a skid steer drive option and the current product range continues to offer customers low-cost, efficient excavators. However Powerfab Equipment Ltd are also developing a new specialist 2 tonne excavator in collaboration with the University of Glamorgan and plans to complete development of a working prototype in 2009, with a launch set for 2010.
