Powerfab - The Mini-Excavator for Tough Digging, Trenching and Excavating Jobs
Powerfab The name once again comes to the fore where robust performance and exceptional tear out force in a variety of digging, trenching and excavating environments is needed. On the one hand, they're mini-excavators, not micro-excavators. On the other, they don't compromise on performance or features. These mini-excavators have been purpose designed, loaded with features, developed and produced in the UK for impressive results in widespread tough conditions. Now the problem of working across inclines has been eliminated. Powerfab scores on all types of terrain and locations. Stability and versatility are key built in features. Front stabilisers operate independently to result in a square trench in varying ground conditions, including inclines. A third rear anchor offers secure resistance to maximise the tear out force.
Performance is all important, but at what price? There's no need to budget for any increase. Quite the reverse in fact. The ground-up design innovations and the quality components of a Powerfab digger bring us the luxury of purchase and operating cost savings that lead the field. And, of course, durability is built in.
Who are Powerfab machines designed for? Try construction companies, landscapers, farmers, estate maintenance, utilities companies, electrical, plumbing and other contractors, cemeteries and all who require the appropriate force in excavating work.
One of the first things you will notice about Powerfab mini-excavators is their wheels. Tracks are absent as wheels help enhance operating efficiency. Digging, excavating and trenching results are optimised whilst the impact on areas surrounding trenches is minimised. That in itself might be an enticing proposition but it's not all. Remember the trailer or flat bed for tracked machines? That too can be dispensed with. Each Powerfab mini-excavator is towable directly behind a car or van, no trailer needed. Working between sites is a much less hassle. Time is valuable and savings here are readily apparent. Needless to say, they are all fully road legal.
We've not reinvented the wheel but we have revived it. Powerfab was a name in the 1980s and 90s. Then it too had wheeled units that were widely used, appreciated and, yes, fondly remembered among professionals. They disappeared from the market only because the original family-owned Powerfab company was sold. One of them, Nathan John, is now back in harness and he has revived the brand and its philosophy as well as completely re-engineering the product to reflect new advanced technology. Powerfab diggers are right up there in the 21st century.
First off the blocks was the Powerfab TD2. The continual development programme has resulted in the higher specification and featured Powerfab TD3 following rapidly behind it.

….......
and the TD3 which has all the attributes of the TD2 and in addition- It's self propelled
